Shipping policy
What is the shipping method?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the status of the shipment.
The order will be sent through a carrier to the address you indicated as the Delivery Address. When you receive your order, you must check that everything is in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items received or their status, you should contact us and report the situation in detail.
If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, our courier must contact you and agree a new date. As a rule, they also leave a notification in the Mailbox, that there was an attempt to deliver.
All the above information applies to shipments to Portugal and mainland Spain. For islands and the rest of Europe, the shipment will be made via CTT, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
What is the delivery time?
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and information to track the delivery status.
The period between payment of the order and the date of the first delivery attempt varies between 24 and 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and the time at which the order was placed. When registering your order, you should pay special attention to the Delivery Address, and verify that it is correct and complete. NAUA will not be responsible for the delay in delivery due to an incorrect address and the additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery will be made within 2 to 5 business days. Orders paid on working days before 3pm will be processed that same day. If payment is made after 3pm, it will be dealt with the next business day.
Notice: All the above information applies to shipments to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain. For islands and the rest of Europe, the shipment will be made via CTT, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. There may be delays unrelated to NAUA, given the current delivery situation.
