What payment methods are available?
When ordering from our online store, you can choose the following payment methods:
- ATM reference
- Credit card
The processing of your order starts as soon as the payment is confirmed in our system automatically, and it is not necessary to send proof.
From the date of registration of the order, you have two days to make the payment. Once this deadline is reached, the order will go to Canceled status.
What is the shipping method?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the status of the shipment.
The order will be sent by courier to the address you indicated as Delivery Address. When you receive your order, you should check that everything is in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items received or the status of them, you should contact us, and report the situation in detail.
If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, our carrier must contact you and agree on a new date. As a rule, they also leave a notification in the Mailbox, regarding the delivery attempt.
All previous information applies to shipments to Portugal and mainland Spain. For islands and the rest of Europe, shipping will be done via CTT,with delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
What is the deadline?
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and information to track the delivery status.
The time between the payment of the order and the date of the first delivery attempt varies between 24 and 72 hours on working days from Monday to Friday, depending on the destination and the time at which the order was placed. When registering your order, you should pay special attention to the Delivery Address, and check that it is correct and complete. NAUA will not be responsible for the delay in delivery due to an incorrect address and additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.e.
Delivery will take place within 2 to 5 working days. Orders paid on working days before 3 pm will be processed on that same day. If payment is made after 3 pm, they will be processed on the following business day.

Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive the order confirmation message or shipping notification
Checks if the email address that appears in the order is correct and if the email could be in another junk folder, such as Spam. You can modify your email address by making the same request through firstname.lastname@example.org.
I won't be home on the scheduled delivery date
The telephone contact you provide at the time of order registration, will be forwarded, together with the delivery address, to our carrier. The contact will be used to clarify any difficulties at the time of delivery, or to arrange a new date. Please note that it is not possible to order deliveries at the weekend or at specific times / parts of the day. You can also contact us directly and place an order to schedule the delivery.
My order was shipped 5 days ago but I haven't received it yet
It is possible that the carrier had some difficulty finding your address or that it tried to deliver when there was no one at home. If you have any problems with delivery, contact us so we can expedite delivery with the carrier.
It should be taken into account that, if two delivery attempts have been made by the carrier, from the third 3rd delivery attempt onwards the additional value of 2.95 will be charged. This additional cost will not be charged if it appears that the delivery attempts have resulted in a failure on the part of the carrier eg: the carrier does not provide proof of presence at the address. morada).
Change the delivery address
If you have not yet received the shipping notice, you can change the delivery address of the order. To do this, you must contact us by phone or email. Remember that you can modify the shipping address if the order is already on its way, however this change has a cost of a new shipment of 2.95. Cancel an order
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation via email@example.com. If the order is already on its way, wait for the receipt and start the return process by contacting us.
